I live on the east side of sg and quite near to the airport too hence I always hear the sound of the plane flying past. However, I'm quite sensitive to the sound lately cos I know some of my friends will be flying back again to start their "quest" again.
Goodbye to Connie & Eugene: Study hard guys, it has been a wonderful experience with u guys for the past one year in 2004. Will missed our chicken curry night and majong session. Do visit my darling often... *smiles*
Goodbye to Rina: I feel so happy for u tt u can continue yr studies with yr darling with u in perth. Though there are ups and downs but I'm so proud that u cleared all obstacles and walked this far. Sorry for nt being able to catch up with u during yr stay in sg. I promised to meet up with u when u come back. *I swear* Bon voyage.
Vincent and Derek will be flying back to brisbane tomolo too... *sigh* days are running out.. darling will be flying off this coming sunday... 9 long months to go... I'm not sure how am I going to cope with it. Sometimes the thot of it makes my tears flow. Just like now... *hais* Maybe I shld make myself busy and preoccupied with things like work and shopping with mum. But I'm sure these were nt enough, how could I easier find things to replace darling?
I'm just being emotional, at one moment I feel so happy with the CNY happenings and V Day celebration. And now I suddenly juz thot of some unhappiness will sadden my feelings. Can we juz let the 9 months past in just a snap of fingers? *blah* I'm just talking crap.

Had a small celebration with dear on Monday, though it was just a simple one I treasured my days with him before he set off to australia again.
Watched 'I do I do' movie with him, wanted to have international buffet at Sakura for dinner but then we were late hence after walking around Suntec, we decided to have dinner at Soup Restaurant. It was dear's first visit but second for me. We had Samsui Ginger Chicken, Lotus & Spare Ribs soup, Slice Fresh Fish fried with ginger and a vegetables dish. We were so full and I loved the soup and the chicken.. very yummy! Din really took much photos cos we were tired (esp it was just after CNY celebrations) Took some of the photos of the dishes we had.
The photo of us wasnt taken on that day *lol* so I just took a latest photo of us and place in it *smiles*Met dear's poly year one classmate on our way home. And he got married last year and both of us missed the chance of attending his wedding cos he couldnt contact us. He mentioned that there will be another 2 couples getting married next year! heeh... So many ppl getting married, age is really catching up *sigh*

Been busy for the past few days and I am so dead tired. Will update as a simple one cos my mind seems not being able to function properly.
CNY Day 01
[x] Woke up and went downstairs to bai nian with my granny (who lives a lvl below us)
[x] Prepared food (bee hoon and chicken wings) for guests
[x] Wore new clothes (mini and simple orange top)
[x] Went out to bai nian and recieved lots of generous angbaos
[x] Went to my Da Yi (Eldest Aunt) hse for dinner
[x] Everyone asking about my new pinkie hobo bag I bought in australia
[x] First angbao from my cousin in law (yay!)
[x] Great fun with my cousins doing nails painting
[x] Home sweet home as we were tired
CNY Day 02
[x] Woke up late
[x] New clothes again! (Abercrombie top, jeans and my ballet shoes)
[x] Went to my great grandma's hse to bai nian
[x] More angbaos cos I very thick skin (lol)
[x] Hang around with my cousins again
[x] Ppl asked how I handle my cousins who were so much younger than me so well
[x] Bombardment of questions when I will be getting married
[x] Had dinner at Jumbo (East Coast) *drooling*
[x] Went Loyang "Da Bo Gong" temple to pray
[x] Received gold coin from "Cai Shen Ye", I bought a jade for myself cos 'fan tai sui'
[x] Mum bought the golden egg that was shown on tv
[x] Home Sweet Home we were all drenched by sweat!
CNY Day 03
[x] Brought my granny for her eye checkup
[x] Came home and slept till 2pm
[x] Prepared food cos relatives coming my hse for dinner
[x] Dear came (yay... missed him so much)
[x] Another enjoyment session with my same old batch of cousins
[x] Dinner was great.. had tonic herbs Steamboat
CNY Day 04
[x] Went Dear's hse to bai nian
[x] Polymates came my hse
[x] Had great fun!!!
[x] Played ROSE ONLINE with dear
[x] Day ended
Some Highlights
[x] Angbao $$ broke record again (due to my thick skin)
[x] Many ppl commented I changed so much after my return from Aussie (more pretty? lol)
[x] I shld seriously start finding a job after CNY
[x] Dear is flying off to aussie next sunday (double saddness)
[x] Both dear and me got enough angbao $$ to celebrate our V Day! (yay)

It's 12 midnight now.. Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! Seems like when age is getting older, u will start to feel not so excited abt the whole thing. No more anxiety to celebrate this occasion. Though I still do have lotsa of programs line up for me...
Anyway, had my reunion dinner... a simple one. Will be very busy these few days.. as I've got plenty of relatives to visit and having mini gathering at my Aunt's hse on top of that my polymates will be coming to my hse to celebrate CNY together.. this is a must as every CNY we will gather and celebrate today.
Okie, enough of my ramblings as it's nt good to keep on nagging and grumbling on CNY.. hehe.. so there just wish me luck in getting more angbaos as I need $$. Will be relying on tt to celebrate V Day with dear.. both of us are damn broke and I still gonna get him a bday present too...

I'm so tired today.. din managed to play my latest
Rose Online cos server was overloaded *sob sob* So I decided to follow my parents to buy CNY goodies.. god knows I will reach this place called Pasir Panjang Wholesale Market! Thats very far cos I stay in the east! Anyway, I was fascinated by the stuffs sold there.. Various varieties of stuffs! (precisely, tt's why it's known as wholesale market! dumb dumb me!) Great experience, cheap stuffs! The discounts we get is definitely able to cover our petrol cost travelling there!
Nonetheless, it was so damn hot!! Seems like everyone there is suffering from "sweat patch" on their back.. heehee.. luckily I was wearing black top so nt obvious... After everything, we went for a cooling sugar cane drink session... hehe..
I'm now so tired, must be suffering from the heat I got in the day... I feel so lethargic now...
CNY is getting nearer and nearer but I dun it to come so soon.. cos I dun wan my dear to leave me tt soon... *sigh*

Anyway, I had a great saturday nite... nt that the event was planned in a nice way but it was juz nice. Met dear to Simlim to purchase our webcams... it's really impt! No $$ oso must try to "squeeze" some out to buy this webcam... it's the oni way to see dear when he fly back to aussie. *smiles* Bought the Logictech Quickcam IM (heard it's a new product) and found the cheapest shop selling at 55 bucks...
When we were on our way out to have some jalan jalan session, we bumped into Vincent and Lionel.. hehe... So 'qiao'! Accompany them back to Simlim cos Vincent wanna buy a portable hard disk.. 150gig! haha... After tt head down to Compasspoint cos dear wanna pay his hp bills and Lionel wanna change his number to Golden Number! So there, we were helping him choose haha... we keep choosing those expensive number for him... haha.. so funny.. Anyway he settle for a number tt is similar to his hse number and easier to remember.. and tt lady who served us was so friendly... she even gave us lotsa of M1's CNY paperbag (those which can hold 2 to 4 mandarin oranges) haha.. she juz took out and pass it to us and we counted it's about 12 of them! hahaha.. and Vincent still joked and ask for M1 red packets! hehehe...
Had curly fries for snack at Mac cos Lionel was craving for it.. he was so sad when he wanted to buy on previous day it was sold out! heheeh.. so now he had the taste of curly fries again! hehe...
Head back to Tampines after tt, everywhere is so congested with ppl and we are glad we din went to city area as it could be worst! Those guys were so funny and throughout the whole thing me and dear keep laughing and laughing non stop as they were so hilarious! Had our dinner and seems the weather is so hot and everyone is tired and head back home quite early.
Tried out my webcam and it's so fun! Webcam with Dave last night and it was so funny.. I saw him and he saw me.. haha...! Since he keep saying that he missed me.. I shall grant him a wish by letting him see me again... LOL! Live streaming with dear now.. and he looks so funny when he juz woke up!

I'm so happy that my laptop is finally fixed! *yay* and immediately my itchy fingers started to design a new layout again... It looks plain and calm with the scenery pic above. And I think it just perfectly suit the upcoming Valentines Day!
My wallpaper is now soo pink! I did a simple and plain wallpaper using the brushes I've found on the web.. hehe...

Guess it has been some days since my last update, it's time to write a decent entry with the things tt has been happening:
Laptop
It's been quite a while that my lappy is going crazy.. maybe the lifespan is up after supply massive usage to me for the past two years. Nevertheless, I'm still trying to salvage whatever I can. Most probably the fault lies in the "patching" of software and the strong and powerful virus recently. Anyway, thanks dar for lending me his laptop for a few days so that I wont get grumpy and start finding fault in him... my dar is really so patient with me and he promised to get my lappy fixed!
Life
Life is still great but I guess sooner or later I will start finding it getting boring. It's not that I'm very picky in jobs or whatever. I just think I wanna have a good rest and at the same time thinking what I wan in my life. Thanks my family for being supportive and din give me pressure when comes to job hunting. Everything is going well as planned. Maybe I've decided what I wan between an "Educator" and an "Engineer" or maybe I have not. However, financially I'm worried cos my bank acct is running quite dry... *sigh*
Food
Had a sumptuous dinner at "Hilltop Restaurant" situated near Jurong Bird Park on last saturday. Had teppanyaki! Food was good but companion was the main reason. I had my family and dar with me... Though it was kinda ex but both dar and me agreed that it was the best teppanyaki we had ever ate. 5 person with a total bill of $150 bucks with complimentary of dessert for each person. We had cuttlefish, sukiyaki chicken, deer meat, asparagus, "kai lan", miso soup, rice etc which was kinda worth the price.
Recent Buys
Din really do much shopping cos I am now in tight financial budget. Though daddy still give me some allowance but then I threw them into my monthly handphone bills and internet bills. Am now surviving on my savings and previous years "angbao" money. However, I'm now into dangling fancy ear rings. I'm not sure how this started. I'm a person who can wear the same pair of ear rings for years till mummy nagged at me for a change then I will buy another pair of simple design and wear for a long period. But now I'm so attracted to those dangling and long ear rings and happily matching them with my clothes. Not forgetting those necklaces too... haha... will have more collection of them when I start having my earnings! Finished reading "Shopaholic and Sister" and I bought "Shopaholic ties a Knot" to read. And btw I fall in love with minis too. (which is so usual of me)
Gifts
Received many "Graduation gifts" from my family and relatives. I've got a new handphone, new fila bag and many many angbaos! Oh yah, my grandparents bought me a Fossil Watch and the best part is that they went to buy it themselves! omg.. I find my grandparents so fashionable esp that they noe this is one of the latest "IN" brand! I'm so happy yet guilty becos my grades aint tt fantastic yet they still shower me with all their encouragement!
Valentines Day
V Day is ard the corner and I haven got any plans yet. Again problem lies in $$ so probably will just have a simple one.
Mystery
Why do I name this section a mystery? Cos it really puzzled me! I've not got much msgs in my tagboard and entries comments however the number in my counter is amazing. I login at the nite and saw my counter reading "30" for just that day! Maybe I shld watch out on what I'm typing. haha just kidding... anyway, friends.. if u guys visit my site.. do leave a msg k? It's really getting quite quiet recently but my counter is jumping madly! hahaha...
